Cartonnage Kit - Margot's Kiss Lock Box - Gold or Silver!

Cartonnage meets Bag-making!!! This elegant, classy project uses a metal DIY clutch purse frame, and is going to look AMAZING on your dresser, or given pride of place on your shelf. This isn't a difficult project, but it does require accuracy and precision to ensure the finished boxes fit in the frame.

A very useable size and beautifully proportioned, the box measures 20cm wide x 12cm deep x 9cm high - choose from Gold or Silver.

To complete this project you will need quick drying PVA glue, UHU or similar glue (E6000), a small brush, foam roller for applying the glue, craft knife, scissors.

You will need 0.3 metres of fabric for the Lid and Box and 0.25m for the linings. The fabric must be light weight cotton, preferably quilting weight, and of a reasonable quality that doesn’t fray easily. Linen, Upholstery or home decor fabric is just too bulky and won’t go in the frame.
