Workshop Cancellation Policy

  1. Your place on a workshop is not reserved until paid up in full.
  2. Full payment has to be made prior to any workshop starting. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the venue if fees are not paid in full.
  3. Cancellations are only accepted up to one week prior to the workshop and will qualify for a refund minus a 15% cancellation fee. There will be no refund within the seven days prior to the workshop. 
  4. You are welcome to give or sell your place to someone else. As there is a kit included in the class fee, you are entitled to it, and we will make an arrangement with you to make sure you receive your kit.
  5. If your workshop entails pre-workshop prep and you have been sent the glues and materials to do this, if you cancel within the above time frame you will qualify for a refund minus 15% and an additional charge of $20.00 to cover the shipping and cost of the materials sent to you. 
  6. If you miss a class, with or without notice, there will be no rescheduling, refund or catch up. We will try our best to accommodate you in another session if feasible, availability permitting.
  7. In the event that we have to cancel a workshop for whatever reason (eg. illness, government directive), we will endeavour to reschedule the workshop if possible or issue a full refund.
  8. We require a minimum of 10 participants in order for a workshop to go ahead. We reserve the right to cancel with full refund if the minimum is not met.
  9. While we will take all reasonable precautions and measures to ensure your safety and enjoyment of our workshops, by taking part in any of our workshops you indemnify the owners and directors from any liability towards injury or loss of property.
