Workshops

Gosh, I can't believe we are already in the last quarter of 2024! Not so many workshops this year as I was away overseas for a couple of months and have been busy producing new kits so that you have something new to make. I have 7 new kits ready to go, and have worked hard to produce instructions which are even more detailed than before and include even more colour photos if that's possible!

Next year will be all about workshops and I need to get on with booking venues soon - I have really missed them this year and I know that you have too so let me know what you would like to do - learn how to make a particular project or have more Guided workshops?

I hope to have a few more at home in Hanmer Springs as these seem to be very popular, and definitely a few at our favourite venue at Kaiapoi High. Unfortunately a couple of workshops we had planned in other parts of the South Island this year were cancelled due to the huge cost of taking our workshops on the road, so we're going to have to stay fairly local next year. Come and learn the basic techniques used in constructing a variety of boxes and other decorative items, and cover them with that beautiful fabric you've had in your stash just waiting for the perfect project to use it on! 

No special skills needed - all of our kits are laser cut for precision using 100% recycled grey card, and everything you need to complete your project is provided except for your fabric. We promise you a GREAT time crafting with like-minded people. Here's feedback from previous course participants:
